The latest Porsche to switch from naturally aspirated to turbocharged enters our detailing studio for our bespoke Porsche Cayman Paint Protection Film. This new 718 Cayman S is the range-topping version and is the most powerful Cayman to date (bar the GT4), it has distinctive exterior styling updates with new LED lights, rear spoiler and front and rear bumpers.
First job for our detailing team was a snow foam safe wash prior to an intensive 22 stage decontamination process. Once thoroughly clean the Cayman is taken in to our purpose built clean room, ready for the first piece of film to be installed.
Porsche Cayman Paint Protection Film Installation
Installing clear pre-cut paint protection film is an intricate job. The pieces of film are digitally cut using the latest technology to ensure it fits perfectly on areas such as the grills, sills and lights.
After the installation of PPF, specialist GTechniq ceramic coatings were applied which create an intense high gloss protective finish plus make cleaning the car an absolute breeze.

In addition to installing PPF and ceramic coatings being applied to the paintwork, the owner of this particular model opted for our increasingly popular ‘Total Protection Bundle’ this package includes the wheels being removed for a deep clean, full interior clean and Gtechniq protection products applied to the Brake Callipers, Wheels, Exterior Glass and all interior surfaces.
