This beautiful Silver Daihatsu Copen was bought as a birthday present for a customers wife.
Like a lot of classic cars, this vintage classic has been off the road for a number of year and came to us for a complete overhaul and restoration of the paintwork, lights, wheels and interior.
Take a look at these ‘before’ photos to see the condition of the car upon arrival at our detailing studio. As you can see, it was in much need of some TLC to restore it back to its former glory.
Following our 22 stage decontamination and safe wash outside the studio, the Copen was brought in to our detailing studio for our detailing team to assess the damage to the paintwork.

Both minor and major dent removal was required on a number of panels, a two stage machine polish to the entire paintwork and compound machine polishing to the lights and windows. This process removes imperfections and swirl marks from the paintwork and glass to ensure a perfectly smooth surface prior to the application of wax products or ceramic coatings.
Classic Car Dent Removal
There were over 20 dents to remove on this classic car and our detailers used a range of techniques to restore each panel. These specialist techniques are used for small dings (such as car door dents or shopping trolley dents) and any panel damage where the paint has not been broken.
Some areas of the car had major dents with broken paintwork, this required a full respray to the rear bumper and rear driver quarter following dent removal.

In addition to dent removal and paint enhancements, our detailing team performed a Full interior deep clean, fully refurbished all four alloys, fitted a new gear leaver and painted the brake callipers and hubs.
